Q: My unique claim code didn't work when I tried to claim my Uber Eats/Rides eVoucher.

A: Please email hello@betfredtreat.com and we will revert back to you within 3 working days to assist.

Q: My £10 Uber Eats/Rides eVoucher url link didn't work when I tried to apply it to my account on the Uber Eats / Uber app.

A: If you've successfully applied the e-voucher, it should show up in the Uber Eats / Uber wallet and in the cost breakdown. if you don't see if there then restart the app. If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact the Uber E support team via their app or online or by emailing; business-support@uber.com

Q: I've applied my eVoucher but it's still not showing up at checkout. How can I use it?

A: After applying the eVoucher to your Uber Eats / Uber account, restart the app to redeem it. We also recommend that you have the latest app installed.

Q: My order’s total hasn’t changed. Will the eVoucher still apply to this order?

A: The eVoucher will apply as long as you see it on your checkout screen and you are on your personal profile. If you are on your managed company profile, you will get an error when you try to place your order.
